Everyone made it and the trip to the Grand Palladium Jamaica was a total success!! I really appreciate all of your help!! We will be planning another trip for January of 2019. The Iberostar Bavaro Grand
The Iberostar Bavaro Grand in the DR was stunning, quiet and relaxing. The property was well maintained and the staff was excellent.. I wanted an all adult resort and that’s exactly what we got. Sharon did an excellent job providing us with everything we needed to have a stress free vacation. Thanks again Sharon and I’ve recommended Ultimate Travel to several of my friends. Thanks again. We will definitely return to the DR in the future.
First vacation out of the country
First Vacation out of the country for my boyfriend and I and it was absolutely amazing. I would like to Thank Eric for helping book this vacation to Punta Cana in DR and recommending the Secrets Cap Cana resort. I was having second thoughts on staying there and I am so glad he talked me out of it. From the beginning of our vacation to the end, everything was perfect. Resort was stunning , food and entertainment was great, and the staff were incredible. Definitely coming back. I already referred a couple of my friends to book a vacation with Ultimate Travel and planning on contacting Eric soon to book our next trip, this time with our kids just trying to decide were to go next. I’m sure he will recommend the perfect resort and place for this trip as well. Thank you!
We had another great, stress free vacation
We had another great, stress free vacation at Couples Swept Away in Negril, Jamaica. Sharon always takes care of the details so we don’t have to worry about a thing. This is our 7th trip booked with her and she does a fantastic job. We will not go anywhere else!!!
Secrets Akumal 20th Anniversary
My wife and I celebrated our 20 Year Marriage Anniversary at Secrets Akumal. This was our first adult All-Inclusive resort and it was the best ever. Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel has been assisting us for our vacation guidance, advice, and the best bang for our buck. Secrets Akumal was the perfect combination of everything we love. The building design is classy and quality. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything worked perfectly with no problems. There was plenty of space in the bathroom area. The closet and drawers were roomy. The bed and pillows were of nice quality and comfortable. All the restaurants were great. The pool areas were so pretty and the landscaping lovely. This beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of grass thatched umbrellas and lounge chairs. The greeters was great! We had a great time and will be returning with friends!!!
Excellence Cancun Riviera Maya
I just came back from the amazing vacation you planned for us at Excellence Cancun Riviera, and just wanted to thank you so very much for our wonderful trip. I thought you may like some feedback and also to give you some thoughts about what we may like for our next all inclusive vacation. First, the service was incredibly gracious. The people there really seemed to care about our comfort and truly were dedicated to making our stay as pleasurable as possible. It was on-point at every level, leaving one with the impression that they wanted us back, and that is probably the ultimate compliment as we may very well be. The grounds and the pools were impeccable. The entertainers were very talented. Our accommodations were just what we wanted: a quiet location in the more private part of the resort. We had rooms 6116 and 6117 both adjoining for our family. My wife and I, and my two daughters. There were some noisy parts of the resort, and I would have been disappointed if we were situated in those locations as we are close to 60. We like the action but not all the time. The food at times was excellent, the French restaurant and the Spice restaurant were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The lunch at the buffet was repetitive, and lunch in general was nothing special. The Fiesta Mexican night was really impressive with their fine attention-to-detail, and just the overall effort to put on such an extravaganza. They set up all day in the plaza with workers working tirelessly. The beach was as clean as could be but the water was not clear, no fault of the resort. The night scenes, with beautiful lighting throughout the resort, was beautiful and reflective of the pictures we took. All-in-all, very impressive. So now our next trip, I wanted you to consider our stay at Excellence and give us some suggestions for next time. The Iberostar Grand Paraiso is a beautiful resort! From the minute we stepped off the plane, everything was taken care of and we were truly pampered. Thank you so much for all of your help!
