Our trip was wonderful. No stress, no mess. We loved the El Dorado Royale Resort and the friendliness of all those that went the extra mile to make our stay a happy one. Beautiful place, wonderful weather. It was helpful knowing all the details down to the shirt color of our transfer company. Thanks Eric for the fantastic stress free vacation.

This was our first all inclusive vacation so we had a ton of questions. Sharon Millar was very patient and helped us find the perfect place for a much needed vacation. The Iberostar Grand Paraiso is a beautiful resort! From the minute we stepped off the plane, everything was taken care of and we were truly pampered. Thank you so much for all of your help! We will definitely return to Ultimate when we plan our next vacation.

Our first time traveling (even first time on a plane) and it was fabulous! Cheryl Wilson is absolutely amazing at planning vacations. Cheryl helped me with every step of the way where I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our trip to Jamaica was completely worry free and it was exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I went to Secrets Akumal. This is our favorite all inclusive by far. Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel has been assisting us for vacation guidance, advice, and the best bang for our buck for about 11 years now. Secrets Akumal was the perfect combination of everything we love. The architecture and building design is classy and quality. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything worked perfectly with no problems. There was plenty of space in the bathroom area. The closet and drawers were roomy. The bed and pillows were of nice quality and comfortable. All the restaurants were great. The pool areas were so pretty and the landscaping lovely. Our favorite part was the beach. Usually we go to the pool and just take walks in the surf of the beach. This beach is gorgeous. We ended up spending most our time at the beach. There were plenty of grass thatched umbrellas and lounge chairs. We love to snorkel. We brought our own gear and snorkeled everyday. The fun part was looking for the sea turtles, which we found most every time we went out. I loved the bike tour from the resort. They also had the spin bikes in the pool which was different and fun. I enjoyed an exercise type activity every day. We loved the theater and the shows. My favorite was the Beatles Show. We read some bad reviews and decided that some people are just plain spoiled if they didn’t like Secrets Akumal.
