At Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel, we have a number of payment options, as well as a few guidelines concerning reservations and payment of your travel and accommodations. We’d like to review a few of these below, but please call us with any questions at (480) 893-6584.
We’re glad to extend our customers a manageable monthly payment plan. Keep in mind with any of our payment plan options, a deposit will be due at the time of making a reservation, and that your vacation package must be paid in full 45 days prior to your arrival date (arrival date is the date you are scheduled to arrive at your resort). In order to process your payment for your travel reservations, we need a valid credit card or debit card. This needs to be done because quoted prices are only valid for 24 hours. Once travel plans are confirmed, we will immediately e-mail or fax you a confirmation. You will also be mailed a hard copy document of your confirmation. When your deposit or final payment is received we will send you a confirmation of your reservation showing your complete itinerary, balance due, and a due date, by U.S. mail. Your travel documents (Resort voucher, transfer voucher & airline tickets, if applicable) will be sent to you Express Mail at the address provided, 14 to 21 days prior to departure at no charge to you.
