We recently returned from our trip to Antigua and had a great experience. Staff attentive and accommodating! Food was good! Rooms and property kept very clean! We would definitely return again. Stayed ocean front as Diamond club with butlers who made our stay even better!!

I just wanted to let you know Rowlanda and Taylor had a wonderful trip in the Riveria Maya. Rowlanda texted me and asked if I could contact the front desk and give them my credit card so she could stay a month. 😂. She said it was better than Jamaica.

We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico. We stayed at the Royal Sonesta. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. We booked with ultimate travel and they were very patient with us upon changing of plans that was out of their control.

Just want to say Thank you to Sharon at Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel. She is the best travel agent! This is our second time to use her for our vacation. She takes care of everything and if I had a question, answered it promptly. We will definitely use her again for our next big vacation.

Sharon booked a trip for seven ladies ages 19-46. The request was a modern resort (4+ Star) and, a location where the younger members of the crew would have a blast. Sharon executed perfectly! The hotel was nice and located perfectly for everything. She was professional, knowledgeable and VERY easy to communicate with. She actually answers her phone in 2024!!!! We truly appreciated our trip so much so that we are headed back to book with her for a trip in December!!!

We just stayed at the Secrets st James resort in Jamaica. We had a great time. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our only real issue was the check-in process. Waited over 3 hours to get into our room after arriving at the resort.

We had a fantastic time on our vacation to the Haven Resort! By far the most beautiful resort we have been to, the best food we have ever had, and top notch service!

The resort is really laid back and relaxing which was exactly what we wanted and was great for us after the two weeks of hard times in our family, but if someone was wanting a little more entertainment and activity…then this probably would not be the place for the them.

The water circuit in the spa is a MUST! We went every day after our work out. It was so relaxing!

One more comment about the Resort. We have never been to a resort where they anticipated what you needed like this resort did. Never had to ask. They just knew what we needed. We would put our empty water glass down and see how long it took for them to notice. It was seconds. They refilled our wine glasses without us even noticing sometimes! Superb customer service!

We just wanted to thank you so much for giving us this awesome vacation we wouldn’t have been able to afford without the promotion you were able to find for us. We were able to really get to know the workers and no waking up early to save a spot by the pool. We are still speaking Spanish today. 😂
