Trip to Antigua

We recently returned from our trip to Antigua and had a great experience. Staff attentive and accommodating! Food was good! Rooms and property kept very clean! We would definitely return again. Stayed ocean front as Diamond club with butlers who made our stay even better!!

Our Wedding and Honeymoon

We really enjoyed Finest for our Destination Wedding and would highly recommend it as a wedding or vacation destination! Thank you Eric for handling our destination Wedding at the Finest and also our Honeymoon at the Unico Resort.

After our Destination wedding at The Finest, We traveled to Unico for our Honeymoon in May 2018 and were very impressed with the resort. The local host was a very nice touch, who made you feel welcomed from the very start. We stayed in one of the suites and it was absolutely beautiful! The decor was very impressive but also authentic Mayan feel. Thank you Eric for recommending this fantastic Resort, a fitting finish to our trip.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya

My husband and I went to Secrets Akumal. This is our favorite all inclusive by far. Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel has been assisting us for vacation guidance, advice, and the best bang for our buck for about 11 years now. Secrets Akumal was the perfect combination of everything we love. The architecture and building design is classy and quality. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything worked perfectly with no problems. There was plenty of space in the bathroom area. The closet and drawers were roomy. The bed and pillows were of nice quality and comfortable. All the restaurants were great. The pool areas were so pretty and the landscaping lovely. Our favorite part was the beach. Usually we go to the pool and just take walks in the surf of the beach. This beach is gorgeous. We ended up spending most our time at the beach. There were plenty of grass thatched umbrellas and lounge chairs. We love to snorkel. We brought our own gear and snorkeled everyday. The fun part was looking for the sea turtles, which we found most every time we went out. I loved the bike tour from the resort. They also had the spin bikes in the pool which was different and fun. I enjoyed an exercise type activity every day. We loved the theater and the shows. My favorite was the Beatles Show. We read some bad reviews and decided that some people are just plain spoiled if they didn’t like Secrets Akumal.

Our First Time Traveling

Secrets Akumal 20th Anniversary

My wife and I celebrated our 20 Year Marriage Anniversary at Secrets Akumal. This was our first adult All-Inclusive resort and it was the best ever. First vacation out of the country

First Vacation out of the country for my boyfriend and I and it was absolutely amazing. I would like to Thank Eric for helping book this vacation to Punta Cana in DR and recommending the Secrets Cap Cana resort. I was having second thoughts on staying there and I am so glad he talked me out of it. From the beginning of our vacation to the end, everything was perfect. The Iberostar Bavaro Grand

We Love Beaches Negril!

We love Beaches Negril! This is our third vacation at Beaches Negril and we already miss it. Some of the staff members actually cried when we left. My children said we’re home when we arrived. Exceeded Our Expectations

Beaches Turks & Caicos has exceeded our expectations. From before we even arrived, the resort was extremely accomodating, the service here is unbelievable. Anything you want is yours. There is a refrigerator in the room that is fully stocked with water and sodas and the room is cleaned twice daily. The food is spectacular, I had my doubts, being that this is an all inclusive resort, how good could it be? The first evening we had prawns and king crab, the second, we went to Teppanyaki restaurant and had shrimp, chicken, beef and mahi mahi. The next evening we went to a French restaurant and had black mussels, a warm goat cheese salad with a balsamic reduction dressing, beef tenderloin with a Bernaise sauce, and a cake made of dark chocolate bars, French cream and fresh strawberries and another desert with fruit and a sabayon sauce. The resort has a petite French cafe that serves specialty coffee drinks,teas, and freshly baked cookies and pastries. There is also a wood-fired oven outdoor pizza cafe, a 50’s style diner that specializes in ice cream sodas. Popcorn,cotton candy, and ice cream can be found almost anywhere. The drinks are top shelf as well, apple martinis, piña coladas, etc. The staff is amazing with the kids. They baked cookies with Elmo, went to a birthday party for cookie monster, sang songs with Bert and Ernie, treasure hunts, pool parties and the list goes on. We have gone to pick them up and they wanted to stay longer. We scuba dive twice a day and the water is clear blue and warm, around 83 degrees. The fish are beautiful and we are able to dive on our own, which is fabulous. One night we took pictures by the beach during sunset (another wonderful service offered by the resort) and they came out beautifully. I could go on and on. I would highly recommend this resort. Couples Swept Away resort experience

Thank you so much!! Yes, our honeymoon was great!! Couples Swept Away was a great recommendation, the beach there is unbeatable. We loved the food, beaches, staff, whole experience. We did the day-trade thing at Couples Negril, and that seemed nice but not as good as Swept Away for the beach. We ended up doing a tour of the Appleton Rum factory (just OK – wouldn’t have been worth the drive on its own) and YS Falls which was really cool. That was beautiful, I would have liked to spend more time there.

Club Mobay was excellent. It was really nice to be guided through customs on the way in, and the lounge on the way out was great. I would 100% do that again in the future.

It was an amazing experience, we had such a good time.

Excellence Cancun Riviera Maya

I just came back from the amazing vacation you planned for us at Excellence Cancun Riviera, and just wanted to thank you so very much for our wonderful trip. I thought you may like some feedback and also to give you some thoughts about what we may like for our next all inclusive vacation. First, the service was incredibly gracious. The people there really seemed to care about our comfort and truly were dedicated to making our stay as pleasurable as possible. It was on-point at every level, leaving one with the impression that they wanted us back, and that is probably the ultimate compliment as we may very well be. The grounds and the pools were impeccable. The entertainers were very talented. Our accommodations were just what we wanted: a quiet location in the more private part of the resort. We had rooms 6116 and 6117 both adjoining for our family. My wife and I, and my two daughters. There were some noisy parts of the resort, and I would have been disappointed if we were situated in those locations as we are close to 60. We like the action but not all the time. The food at times was excellent, the French restaurant and the Spice restaurant were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The lunch at the buffet was repetitive, and lunch in general was nothing special. The Fiesta Mexican night was really impressive with their fine attention-to-detail, and just the overall effort to put on such an extravaganza. They set up all day in the plaza with workers working tirelessly. The beach was as clean as could be but the water was not clear, no fault of the resort. The night scenes, with beautiful lighting throughout the resort, was beautiful and reflective of the pictures we took. All-in-all, very impressive. So now our next trip, I wanted you to consider our stay at Excellence and give us some suggestions for next time. Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you and partnering with you for many trips in the future.

Dreams La Romana Resort and Spa

Dani Rae Doro was the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She came to us with the best options and negotiated so many things to accommodate our large group. There was no detail that she missed.

We stayed at the Dreams Resort & Spa in La Romana, Dominican Republic and it was perfect for our family reunion of our former foreign exchange students. Fantastic Vacation

We are very experienced travelers.

We had a fantastic time on our vacation to the Haven Resort! By far the most beautiful resort we have been to, the best food we have ever had, and top notch service!

The resort is really laid back and relaxing which was exactly what we wanted and was great for us after the two weeks of hard times in our family, but if someone was wanting a little more entertainment and activity…then this probably would not be the place for the them.

The water circuit in the spa is a MUST! We went every day after our work out. It was so relaxing!

One more comment about the Resort. We have never been to a resort where they anticipated what you needed like this resort did. Never had to ask. They just knew what we needed. We would put our empty water glass down and see how long it took for them to notice. It was seconds. They refilled our wine glasses without us even noticing sometimes! Superb customer service!

We just wanted to thank you so much for giving us this awesome vacation we wouldn’t have been able to afford without the promotion you were able to find for us. We were able to really get to know the workers and no waking up early to save a spot by the pool. We are still speaking Spanish today. 😂

Missy and Melvin Flowers: Our trip to Ireland was awesome.

Our trip to Ireland was awesome. Sharon was absolutely the best to work with. It took a couple of tries, but she got us there. The first time, Melvin had a medical emergency and we had to cancel 3 days before we were to leave. Which Sharon took care of for us. She got us rescheduled for March. The weather was great. It was cold and it did not rain one drop on our heads. Which is a miracle in its self for Ireland. They say it rains 360 days a year. She booked our trip with CIE Tours. It was great. Our bus driver was our tour guide. His name was Pat. He was the best. Would we go again? Absolutely. Like I said, it was an awesome trip. Thank you Sharon.☺️

My new wife and I started working with Cheryl Wilson mid-2015 until July of this year. Cheryl was a fantastic help for us, and made our whole destination wedding much easier. I could not imagine doing all the travel arrangements by myself. When I first was looking for a travel agent, she easily stood out by calling me which made it feel much more personable. I would highly recommend her as she is patient, fair and will look for the best deals possible for you. Furthermore, she was very responsive and communicated well with my guest and me. Every one of my guest that booked through her, had nothing but positive things to say. This was my first time using a travel agent and I would quickly do it again.
