Sharon booked a trip for seven ladies ages 19-46. The request was a modern resort (4+ Star) and, a location where the younger members of the crew would have a blast. Sharon executed perfectly! The hotel was nice and located perfectly for everything. She was professional, knowledgeable and VERY easy to communicate with. She actually answers her phone in 2024!!!! We truly appreciated our trip so much so that we are headed back to book with her for a trip in December!!!

Hey Eric – just wanted to thank you for booking such a fabulous vacation. Garza Blanca was a big step up from anything we have ever experienced. It was paradise – a dream! What made it especially nice is that it was off season so not very crowded with outstanding, quick service. Never had a bad meal. Looking forward to the next vacation!

Beaches Turks & Caicos has exceeded our expectations. From before we even arrived, the resort was extremely accomodating, the service here is unbelievable. Anything you want is yours. There is a refrigerator in the room that is fully stocked with water and sodas and the room is cleaned twice daily. The food is spectacular, I had my doubts, being that this is an all inclusive resort, how good could it be? The first evening we had prawns and king crab, the second, we went to Teppanyaki restaurant and had shrimp, chicken, beef and mahi mahi. The next evening we went to a French restaurant and had black mussels, a warm goat cheese salad with a balsamic reduction dressing, beef tenderloin with a Bernaise sauce, and a cake made of dark chocolate bars, French cream and fresh strawberries and another desert with fruit and a sabayon sauce. The resort has a petite French cafe that serves specialty coffee drinks,teas, and freshly baked cookies and pastries. There is also a wood-fired oven outdoor pizza cafe, a 50’s style diner that specializes in ice cream sodas. Popcorn,cotton candy, and ice cream can be found almost anywhere. The drinks are top shelf as well, apple martinis, piña coladas, etc. The staff is amazing with the kids. They baked cookies with Elmo, went to a birthday party for cookie monster, sang songs with Bert and Ernie, treasure hunts, pool parties and the list goes on. We have gone to pick them up and they wanted to stay longer. We scuba dive twice a day and the water is clear blue and warm, around 83 degrees. The fish are beautiful and we are able to dive on our own, which is fabulous. One night we took pictures by the beach during sunset (another wonderful service offered by the resort) and they came out beautifully. I could go on and on. I would highly recommend this resort. We had a fantastic time on our vacation to the Haven Resort! By far the most beautiful resort we have been to, the best food we have ever had, and top notch service!

The resort is really laid back and relaxing which was exactly what we wanted and was great for us after the two weeks of hard times in our family, but if someone was wanting a little more entertainment and activity…then this probably would not be the place for the them.

The water circuit in the spa is a MUST! We went every day after our work out. It was so relaxing!

One more comment about the Resort. We have never been to a resort where they anticipated what you needed like this resort did. Never had to ask. They just knew what we needed. We would put our empty water glass down and see how long it took for them to notice. It was seconds. They refilled our wine glasses without us even noticing sometimes! Superb customer service!

We just wanted to thank you so much for giving us this awesome vacation we wouldn’t have been able to afford without the promotion you were able to find for us. We were able to really get to know the workers and no waking up early to save a spot by the pool. We are still speaking Spanish today. 😂

Cheryl helped me with every step of the way where I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our trip to Jamaica was completely worry free and it was exactly what I was looking for. We love Beaches Negril! This is our third vacation at Beaches Negril and we already miss it. Some of the staff members actually cried when we left. My children said we’re home when we arrived. My 13 year old son became a certified PADI scuba diver! Ultimate All-Inclusive travel took care of everything! I always call them for all of my travel needs!

I just came back from the amazing vacation you planned for us at Excellence Cancun Riviera, and just wanted to thank you so very much for our wonderful trip. I thought you may like some feedback and also to give you some thoughts about what we may like for our next all inclusive vacation. First, the service was incredibly gracious. The people there really seemed to care about our comfort and truly were dedicated to making our stay as pleasurable as possible. It was on-point at every level, leaving one with the impression that they wanted us back, and that is probably the ultimate compliment as we may very well be. The grounds and the pools were impeccable. The entertainers were very talented. Our accommodations were just what we wanted: a quiet location in the more private part of the resort. We had rooms 6116 and 6117 both adjoining for our family. My wife and I, and my two daughters. There were some noisy parts of the resort, and I would have been disappointed if we were situated in those locations as we are close to 60. We like the action but not all the time. The food at times was excellent, the French restaurant and the Spice restaurant were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The lunch at the buffet was repetitive, and lunch in general was nothing special. The Fiesta Mexican night was really impressive with their fine attention-to-detail, and just the overall effort to put on such an extravaganza. They set up all day in the plaza with workers working tirelessly. The beach was as clean as could be but the water was not clear, no fault of the resort. The night scenes, with beautiful lighting throughout the resort, was beautiful and reflective of the pictures we took. All-in-all, very impressive. So now our next trip, I wanted you to consider our stay at Excellence and give us some suggestions for next time. My new wife and I started working with Cheryl Wilson mid-2015 until July of this year. Cheryl was a fantastic help for us, and made our whole destination wedding much easier. I could not imagine doing all the travel arrangements by myself. When I first was looking for a travel agent, she easily stood out by calling me which made it feel much more personable. I would highly recommend her as she is patient, fair and will look for the best deals possible for you. Furthermore, she was very responsive and communicated well with my guest and me. Every one of my guest that booked through her, had nothing but positive things to say. This was my first time using a travel agent and I would quickly do it again. As far as the resort, I have been there previously so I knew what to expect. Nice hard working people, with good food and an endless amount of entertainment. Once again thank you Cheryl for help making a memorable trip even better!

First Vacation out of the country for my boyfriend and I and it was absolutely amazing. I would like to Thank Eric for helping book this vacation to Punta Cana in DR and recommending the Secrets Cap Cana resort. I was having second thoughts on staying there and I am so glad he talked me out of it. From the beginning of our vacation to the end, everything was perfect. Resort was stunning , food and entertainment was great, and the staff were incredible. Definitely coming back. I already referred a couple of my friends to book a vacation with Ultimate Travel and planning on contacting Eric soon to book our next trip, this time with our kids just trying to decide were to go next. I’m sure he will recommend the perfect resort and place for this trip as well. Thank you!

My husband and I went to Secrets Akumal. This is our favorite all inclusive by far. Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel has been assisting us for vacation guidance, advice, and the best bang for our buck for about 11 years now. Secrets Akumal was the perfect combination of everything we love. The architecture and building design is classy and quality. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything worked perfectly with no problems. There was plenty of space in the bathroom area. The closet and drawers were roomy. The bed and pillows were of nice quality and comfortable. All the restaurants were great. The pool areas were so pretty and the landscaping lovely. Our favorite part was the beach. Usually we go to the pool and just take walks in the surf of the beach. This beach is gorgeous. We ended up spending most our time at the beach. There were plenty of grass thatched umbrellas and lounge chairs. We love to snorkel. We brought our own gear and snorkeled everyday. The fun part was looking for the sea turtles, which we found most every time we went out. I loved the bike tour from the resort. They also had the spin bikes in the pool which was different and fun. I enjoyed an exercise type activity every day. We loved the theater and the shows. My favorite was the Beatles Show. We read some bad reviews and decided that some people are just plain spoiled if they didn’t like Secrets Akumal.

Everyone made it and the trip to the Grand Palladium Jamaica was a total success!! I really appreciate all of your help!! We will be planning another trip for January of 2019. Will be working with you again probably sooner that you would like!! LOL. Thank you very much Sharon and I look forward to working with you again.

This was our first all inclusive vacation so we had a ton of questions. Sharon Millar was very patient and helped us find the perfect place for a much needed vacation. The Iberostar Grand Paraiso is a beautiful resort! From the minute we stepped off the plane, everything was taken care of and we were truly pampered. Thank you so much for all of your help! We will definitely return to Ultimate when we plan our next vacation.

My wife and I celebrated our 20 Year Marriage Anniversary at Secrets Akumal. This was our first adult All-Inclusive resort and it was the best ever. Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel has been assisting us for our vacation guidance, advice, and the best bang for our buck. Secrets Akumal was the perfect combination of everything we love. The building design is classy and quality. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything worked perfectly with no problems. There was plenty of space in the bathroom area. I booked my 2016 summer vacation in November of 2015. These guys were awesome in making sure that we had everything we needed for our trip. Everything was set up perfect and the resort was wonderful. We will be using them again for our 2017 trip.

We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico. We stayed at the Royal Sonesta. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. We booked with ultimate travel and they were very patient with us upon changing of plans that was out of their control.

We just stayed at the Secrets st James resort in Jamaica. We had a great time. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our only real issue was the check-in process. Waited over 3 hours to get into our room after arriving at the resort.

I have booked 4 vacations through All Inclusive and each was better than the prior. I always book through Sharon and she makes finding the best resorts a breeze. All inclusive definitely gets a 5 star rating from me!!!

The Iberostar Bavaro Grand in the DR was stunning, quiet and relaxing. The property was well maintained and the staff was excellent.. I wanted an all adult resort and that’s exactly what we got. Sharon did an excellent job providing us with everything we needed to have a stress free vacation. Thanks again Sharon and I’ve recommended Ultimate Travel to several of my friends. Thanks again. We will definitely return to the DR in the future.

Our trip was wonderful. No stress, no mess. We loved the El Dorado Royale Resort and the friendliness of all those that went the extra mile to make our stay a happy one. While we were “all-inclusive” wary, the service, amenities and most of all food, either rivaled or surpassed other 5 star non all-inclusive resorts we have visited. I just wanted to let you know Rowlanda and Taylor had a wonderful trip in the Riveria Maya. Rowlanda texted me and asked if I could contact the front desk and give them my credit card so she could stay a month. 😂. She said it was better than Jamaica.

We recently returned from our trip to Antigua and had a great experience. Staff attentive and accommodating! Food was good! Rooms and property kept very clean! We would definitely return again. Stayed ocean front as Diamond club with butlers who made our stay even better!!

We had another great, stress free vacation at Couples Swept Away in Negril, Jamaica. Sharon always takes care of the details so we don’t have to worry about a thing. This is our 7th trip booked with her and she does a fantastic job. We will not go anywhere else!!!

Thank you so much!!  Yes, our honeymoon was great!!  Couples Swept Away was a great recommendation, the beach there is unbeatable.  We loved the food, beaches, staff, whole experience.  We did the day-trade thing at Couples Negril, and that seemed nice but not as good as Swept Away for the beach.  We ended up doing a tour of the Appleton Rum factory (just OK – wouldn’t have been worth the drive on its own) and YS Falls which was really cool.  That was beautiful, I would have liked to spend more time there.

Club Mobay was excellent.  It was really nice to be guided through customs on the way in, and the lounge on the way out was great.  I would 100% do that again in the future.
